The Obstacles

10 obstacles.

9 of which remain the same throughout the year.

It is the same 9 obstacles for all the different categories and classes.

The different levels, Newcomers, Novice, Intermediate and Advanced have different proficiency requirements.

Obstacle number 6. the Horsemanship Skills section changes each month for the different classes/categories.

This means the only changes you have to make to your course each month is to obstacle number 6.

The nine obstacles are pictured below.

They are shown as an example.

You can build your obstacles from anything you have at home and around the stables.

Your main priority is to ensure they are well put together, with safe construction and are able to withstand the elements if being used outside.

The obstacles have standardised measurements as a guide, however a few inches either way doesn't matter.
